Neelesh Chougule popularly known as Mr Chougule
has been a first generation entrepreneur for more than 12 years. He is
actively involved in an array of businesses across regions such as Europe,
Middle East and Asia Pacific. Mr Chougule is the founder of Creintors Group
of Companies. He is the Chairman And Managing Director of Creintors Teknosol
Pvt. Ltd., Creintors Environmental Solutions Pvt. Ltd, & Creintors Storage
Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Belgaum, which operates in India and overseas. Actively
involved in diverse businesses and commercial activities in Saudi Arabia,
Germany and India . About 80 percent of group’s revenues flow from its
operations outside India.
The group’s businesses are spread across a swath of industries. These
include Automated Storage Solutions, Waste and Waste Water Treatment
Solutions, Defence, Aerospace, Customized Products & Equipment, and
Trading.
Mr Chougule’s innovative ideas and out of the ways thinking ability has
fetch him with awards such as “ Best Manufacturing Start - Up 2016 "
by Confederation of Indian Industry and “Productivity & Innovation Award”
by National Productivity Council of India.
Born on 11th May 1978 to Bhimrao Chougule and Malathi Chougule in Belgaum, Karnataka.

Under the guidance of his father Bhimrao Chougule and Belgaum
Auto Works Mr Chougule understood the nexus between the academic
studies and practical application. This motivated him to explore
and build a strong knowledge base. NCC also played a major role
in molding his personality.
Meeting best friend “Prakash”
Habitual of helping his juniors in making them understand their
engineering subjects encouraged him to take tuition for them.
This built Mr Chougule’s good network among his juniors which
in turn helped him to come across Mr Prakash from electronic
background this later turned to be a unique relation for life

His overall interest towards academic and extracurricular
activities such as sports, dancing and singing fetched him the
“Best Boy Award”.
The Spark of Entrepreneurship
Mr Chougule during academic project tenure damaged a online
pressure gauge in polyhedron which he himself repaired it later.
This sparked the feeling of becoming a entrepreneur in him.
Joined Hindustan Aerunotical Limited
In May 2002, Mr Chougule joined Hindustan Aeronautical Limited
in Aircraft Research and Development Center in Quality Assurance
Department.
Joined Multifacet Technical Center Pvt Ltd
Mr Chougule met Mr Nagendra Kumar,who was a freelancing consultant
in Bangalore. As Mr Chougule was working for full-time with HAL,
he started working with Multifacet Technical Center in evening
shifts.
Foundation of INDIAN AUTOMATION FAMILY
With association of teams such as design, manufacturing and
electronic automation founded INDIAN AUTOMATION FAMILY.
Registeration of Multifacet Technical Center as Private Limited Company
Multifacet Technical Center was registered as Multifacet Technical Center Pvt Ltd
Procurement of Land at Belgaum
To organise the business in belgaum, purchased land at Auto
Nagar.
Founded Creintors Teknosol Pvt Ltd.
A dream company which was conceptualized in 2003 was founded in 2012 in belgaum.
Awarded “Outstanding Performance in field of Industry 2013-14"
Mr Chougule passion and hard work was appreciated by Dileep
Damle Memorial Trust by awarding him with Outstanding
Performance in field of Industry 2013-14.

Mr. Chougule is a first generation entrepreneur and philanthropist with two decades of experience from 1994 to 2017. His passion, hard work and commitment towards his work has fetch him with what he is today. Born to a humble middle cast family, father Bhimrao Chougule and Malathi Chougule in 1978 in Belgaum, Karnataka. His father and the school gave him the strong foundation of discipline, sportsman spirit and principle of sharing. The spark of entrepreneurship which ignited during his engineering academic project, was nurtured by him and his friend Prakash Mugali. The hard-work, perseverance and guidance from his role models/mentors have shaped him professionally. Running the enterprise “Indian Automation Family” he worked in HAL-ARDC (Aircraft Research and Development Centre), Bangalore. After working with HAL for four years from 2002-2006, he became the founding director Board of Directors of Multifacet Technical Center Pvt Ltd, Bangalore and In 2008, also became the Director of Enerzi Microwave System Pvt Ltd, Bangalore. With a break through project for ABB in Saudi Arabia, in 2011, he realised the tremendous potential he and his team has, if organised as a corporate with a strong foundation of Innovation and Ethics, and so structured his business with incorporation of “Creintors Group of Companies “, in 2012, in Belgaum, which was his long dream of coming back to his society, which made him what he is today, a Chairman of Creintors Group of Companies.
